- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- A minimum advance payment may be required before work begins.
- Remaining payments should be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Delayed payments may affect project timelines.
We always strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Design modifications
- Government restrictions
- Customer-requested changes
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details
- Ensuring site accessibility
- Making payments on time
- Approving designs before production
Warranty is applicable only to workmanship and eligible products as agreed during the project.
Warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage
- Improper handling
- Natural disasters
- Unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by third-party contractors
Orders cancelled after material procurement or fabrication has started may incur cancellation charges.
Advance payments for customized products may not be refundable.

Sangam Glass House shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from misuse of installed products or delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
